Client Agreement
Client Policies & Procedures
Welcome to The Noel Approach: Therapeutic Art Studio for Healing and Growth. I look forward to working together. There are a few guidelines that I expect clients to maintain in order for our relationship to work. If you have any questions, feel free to email me.
Fee:
Clients pay on time (before the session) unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment can be made online once invoice is received. Payments are made online via the payment processing system. If you discontinue service (e.g., not respond in email or join in the scheduled video calls) after 1st session or during the agreed service period, no refunds may be made. Refunds may not be granted after services are rendered following the 1st session.
Procedure:
Clients join in a video call (Zoom) with issues, goals, or specific themes to address. Let me know what you want help with, and be ready to create art and apply or use the information/support you receive from the session into your creative practice or your life. The agenda is shaped by the client and supported by me
Sessions & Other Support:
Our agreement includes a set amount of sessions from me. You can email me anytime in between sessions if you have quick questions or want to share a win/challenge. My replies are limited to Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. If you or I are on vacation, then we can arrange our session around that time. Please share about vacation or leaves before it happens, so that we could schedule accordingly. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before its original date/time.
Problems:
I want you to be satisfied with the sessions. If something feels missing, is upsetting or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up. I will do what is necessary to work the problem out and meet your needs.
Privacy
